PASSIVE

Everytime I fall, 
Everytime I fail, 
Everytime I cry,
And everytime I try.....

I ask why me? 
I question why now?   
I wonder 'now whats next?" with a grief-stricken face

But,

Everytime I smile,
Everytime I pride,
Everytime I feed,
And everytime I breathe...

I never asked why!
I never questioned why!
I certainly didn't wonder "now will I have this the next moment?" !

Because I know, deep down inside...
happiness is passive...so are miseries. 

Take it as it comes, 
Leave it as it goes,
Nothing is permanent... and don't make it so.
